  3. Promote low-cost channels like campus recruitment, referrals, and direct talent sourcing (Portals, Social Media, Job Fairs, etc.) while maintaining high-quality hires.
  4. Monitor the hiring process and identify any deviations from the company’s established policies.
  5. Possess the ability to recognize high-risk accounts promptly and back it up with relevant data points.
  6. Encourage compliance within the team, ensuring all processes adhere to audit guidelines.
  7. Demonstrate the ability to map profiles hired in Genpact to those of other organizations, providing insights into any challenges or changes required for hiring such profiles.
  8. Willingness to participate in weekend hiring drives if necessary.
